Mandy Medcalf

Mandy Medcalf

Owner / Instructor

Mandy fell in love with pole dancing in Nashville in 2022 when she attended a burlesque show that featured a professional pole dancer.  Immediately signing up for an Intro class back in Denver, she quickly discovered that it was so much more. As a day job, Mandy is a full-time professional engineer, wife, and mother of four children.  She believes pole is for everyone regardless of your age, body type, background, gende,r or any other defining characteristic.  Her primary focus is the mechanics and conditioning required to learn tricks safely and acquire overall strength and coordination to make movement look flawless.  Aside from that, it’s one amazing workout and emotional release where skill and ability can be incrementally developed to achieve any goal.  Mandy wants to share with students the transformation, confidenc,e and joy that comes from making aerial fitness a part of anyone’s life journey in a way that is authentic to each individual.

Adrienne Rozario

Instructor

Adrienne has been dancing since the age of two! She has studied and loves all forms of dance (jazz, tap, ballet, hip-hop, twerk, modern, and musical theatre). She graduated in 2013 from Samford University with a BA in Theatre and Dance. She took her first pole class in 2013 and first Lyra class in 2024 and fell in love! She loves teaching and choreographing! Her favorite thing about teaching is seeing her students improve, feel good about themselves, and the joy they get out of dance and aerial! When not dancing, she loves spending time with her family and friends, dogs, and outdoor activities (hiking, biking, swimming, camping, paddle boarding). Follow her on IG @aerial_adge

Jolene Ixxil

Instructor

I started my pole dancing journey in 2016 when I decided on a whim to try a class and absolutely loved it! Now I’m on a mission to share my love for pole and lyra one class at a time – it’s my goal to provide students with a warm, friendly and safe environment to learn these absolutely challenging movements! I would describe my teaching style as technical and detailed with a touch of sensuality.

Despite being an instructor, I am a forever student at heart and you will often see me in classes dancing right alongside you! When I’m not training, I enjoy playing video games and listening to K-pop.
