Our beginner choreography class focuses on building muscle memory and coordination.

Beginner Conditioning

This class is designed for newer students looking to boost their strength in their earlier aerial fitness journey.  We will focus on the core strengthening exercises to help you establish foundational moves.  Building strength early is key to progressing more quickly and it builds confidence as well.  Come build you badddie foundation with us!

Flexibility Conditioning

Flexibility conditioning focuses on enhancing the body’s ability to move freely and efficiently.  This is crucial for all other aerial fitness classes, as it allows the body to move into progressively deeper and more dynamic movements and directly correlates with higher performance and reduced risk of injury.  In this class, students will achieve a greater range of motion and flexibility in the hips, shoulders, back and legs.

Floor Work

Come explore your confident and sexy side with this movement-based class.  Students will learn techniques for transitioning smoothly between moves off the pole and developing strength and flexibility through floor-based exercises.  Come discover and learn combinations that reflect your own unique style and expression.

Intro to Lyra (Hoop)

Introduction to Lyra (aka aerial hoop) class is designed for complete beginners, or those with limited experience.  Students will learn to mount the lyra and maintain proper form and engagement in key positions.  This class focuses on basic aerial hoop moves and shapes, spins and transitions.

Intro to Pole

Your amazing pole journey starts here!  An introductory pole class is designed for absolute beginners and those looking to refresh their basics.  Anyone can attend, regardless of strength level or previous experience.  This class focuses on essential fundamentals that form the foundation of your pole dance journey.  Can’t wait to see you there!

Pole Intro/Level 1

Intro/Level 1 is a combo-based pole dance class that introduces students to basic dynamic spins, static poses, and grips.  These classes are designed to begin teaching students how to string movements together and begin acquiring skills further developed in Level 1 classes.

Pole Level 1

Pole level 1 is where the magic begins!  Students who have completed an Intro or Intro/Level 1 combination class may attend.  This class is designed for beginners who are ready to learn and master the pole fundamentals such as static spins, pole sits, climbing and much more!  Students will begin to build the necessary strength for beginner tricks as well as many of the grips needed to perform the associated tricks.

Pole Level 2

Level 2 pole dance class focuses on intermediate-level skills and techniques.  Students in this class are expected to have successfully tested out of Level 1 and have a solid foundation in those curriculum moves.  Level 2 will introduce more complex moves and combinations as well as inversions and tricks on spinning pole.

Pole Level 2/3

Calling Level 2 baddies!  Come show off what you have learned in Level 2 already by joining this combo-based class.  We will work further on those skills and begin to work toward some Level 3 skills simultaneously.  Students must have successfully tested into Level 2 and taken at least 4 Level 2 classes.  Modifications available for skills not yet acquired.

Pole Level 3

This intermediate class focuses on building upon foundational skills learned thus far (level 1 and level 2) while refining inversions, leg hangs, climbs and shoulder mounts from the ground and aerially.  This class will incorporate dynamic movements and static spins, longer and more complex combos while adding additional skills, such as, extended butterfly, laybacks, genie, hip holds and thigh holds, and brass monkey.

Pole Level 3/4

This intermediate/advanced class will focus on refining foundational skills learned in level 2 and level 3 while incorporating more advanced spins, inverts, climbs, intricate combos, handstands and floor work. Students will learn additional skills, such as, ayesha, handsprings, shoulder mount and brass monkey variations, drops, flips, and power spins emphasizing technique, safety, control and fluid transitions.

Polerskating

If you love pole dancing and roller skating…or you have always wanted to learn to skate, this is for you! This unique class will blend the principles and fundamentals of pole dancing and roller skating, creating a fun magical experience to build strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and coordination! You will learn how to glide, spin, dance and flow around the spin pole and static pole creating beautiful flowy movements utilizing various pole dance and roller skating skills and techniques. This class will incorporate roller skating basics both with and without the pole to build confidence and keep you safe as you learn a variety of drills, maneuvers and transitions. 

Note: This class will not necessarily emphasize big aerial tricks or advanced pole skills, but will emphasize creativity, fluidity, self-expression, freestyling and choreographed combos! This class is all about bringing the energy, having fun and tapping into freedom and play while getting a challenging workout!
 
Prereq: Basic roller skating and pole dancing experience preferred, but not required.

Indoor quad roller skates, knee pads, and shorts. For safety purposes, elbow pads, helmet and wrist supports are recommended. Modifications will be provided for various fitness levels.
