Physical Activity & Liability Waiver

By using this website to book classes or view instructional content, you acknowledge that aerial fitness, pole fitness, and related activities involve strenuous physical exertion and risk of serious injury. You represent that you are in good physical health and have consulted a physician where necessary. Auria Aerial Fitness, LLC is not liable for any injuries sustained during activities performed at the studio or as a result of information found on this website. All students are required to sign a formal Physical Liability Waiver before participating in any in-studio activities.

Media Release & Social Media

By participating in classes or events at Auria Aerial Fitness, LLC, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur. You grant Auria Aerial Fitness, LLC the right to use your image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing emails. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must notify the instructor or studio management in writing prior to the start of your class.

Booking, Cancellation, & Studio Policies

All classes, workshops, and appointments booked through this website are subject to availability and our specific studio policies.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation to avoid a “Late Cancel” fee or forfeiture of class credit.
  • Payments & Gift Cards: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions, including class packs, memberships, and gift cards. Gift cards and account credits are non-refundable and hold no cash value unless required by law.
  • Late Arrivals: To ensure safety and proper warm-up, the studio reserves the right to refuse entry to students who arrive after the class start time.

Colorado Subscription Rights

In accordance with Colorado law, any recurring memberships or auto-renewing subscriptions may be cancelled via a simple, one-step online method through your member portal or by contacting the studio directly via email.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Douglas County, Colorado, to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Studio’s services.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Auria Aerial Fitness, LLC regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements.
